Refund and Returns Policy

At Saj Falafel, we are committed to serving fresh, high-quality falafel sandwiches that meet your expectations—whether you order in-store or online. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. In-Store Orders

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:

  • If your order is incorrect (wrong sandwich or missing items), please inform our staff immediately.
  • If your sandwich is undercooked, overcooked, or spoiled, report it within 30 minutes of receiving your order.
  • Refunds or replacements are only issued for uneaten or partially eaten items.

How to Request:

  • Notify a team member or call us at 972-666-1040 within 30 minutes.
  • We may inspect the food before issuing a refund or replacement.
  • You may receive a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

2. Online Orders (Pickup & Delivery)

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:

  • If your order is wrong, missing items, or arrives in poor condition, contact us within 30 minutes of receiving it.
  • A photo of the issue may be required.
  • We cannot issue refunds for complaints made more than 1 hour after delivery or pickup.

How to Request:

  • Call 972-666-1040 or email admin@sajfalafel.com.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if applicable.
  • After reviewing, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Orders canceled after preparation has begun.
  • Food complaints submitted too long after pickup or delivery.
  • Personal taste preferences not related to quality.

4. Order Cancellations

  • In-store orders cannot be canceled once we begin preparing your food.
  • Online orders may be canceled within 5 minutes of placing them.
